Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein, LLP maintains the privacy of your message. We do not sell or redistribute your personal information or e-mail address in any manner.
If you choose to contact us via e-mail by completing one of the contact forms on our website, your message is automatically forwarded to a Lieff Cabraser attorney and/or legal assistant. We retain the information you provide us in a database, including your first and last name, home address, e-mail address and telephone number. Again, none of this information is sold or shared with any outside third party. In certain cases we may permit co-counsel or retained experts or physicians to assist our attorneys in reviewing e-mail correspondence provided that they, in turn, maintain the confidentiality of your message.
With your consent, we use your e-mail address to send a free Civil Justice Law Newsletter. The newsletter is transmitted three times a year and contains information on consumer safety issues, updates on cases of widespread public interest and notices of class action settlements and monies available to class members.
If you should wish to update or change any personal information you provided to us, please send an e-mail message to mail@lchb.com with your new or updated information. We do not permit the deletion from our databases of any personal information sent to us via e-mail.
