Yamaha ATV Rhino Accidents and Rhino Rollovers

The national law firm of Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein, LLP, represents persons across America injured in a Yamaha Rhino ATV rollover accident.
Drivers have complained of stability problems when operating the Rhino. In lawsuits against Yamaha, it has been alleged that unlike other ATVs the Rhino is prone to roll over during turns at even low speeds because it is narrow, top heavy and the tires are too small.
Rhino drivers and riders have suffered serious injuries -- often broken or crushed legs, ankles or feet. In some cases the injuries were so severe as to require amputation -- when their Yamaha Rhino rolled over. Others have been crushed to death when trapped under the Rhino.
Yamaha Issues Safety Doors and Passenger Handholds for the Rhino
In response to the risk of injury during side rollover accidents, Yamaha announced the development of doors and additional passenger handholds for the Rhino. The doors are meant to prevent riders from sticking out arms or legs during rollover accidents. Yamaha is offering to install these new safety features free of charge to all 2004-2007 Rhino owners, regardless of whether the vehicle was purchased new or used. Owners are instructed to visit Yamaha dealerships for details.
